Yes, I am still here, and I am still alive..
I've just been quite busy with stuff (tm), and haven't got round to posting here. I've also started another journal for personal ramblings, so this one is now mostly going to be for event updates and general stuffs..

things of note..

Yule and surrounding time was good.. saw lots of my friends.. one of whom nearly had to have her baby delivered early about a month early on Boxing Day, due to a combination of a really bad back and rib bruising. She didn't have the babs early in the end, and is now safely back home thank fuck.

My little one has started to kick obviously now.. strangly enough, starting the day after last Sanctuary, after a night of boogieing.. Not sure what that shows :) 21 week scan the first week of Jan went really well.. I got some ace piccies. As they were training some specialist midwives in the feotal heart department the day i went, I was asked if I would mind taking part. Hence i had two scans. The first normal one, and another where a few of the midwives tried to look for specialist areas on babs. The second one was fascinating, i could've stayed to watch all day. It was displayed on a screen above me. As several midwives had a go.. I got to see the ribs, and the lungs, and all the separate areas of the heart.. amazing. Got some extra really cute pics of it sucking on it's thumb. Didn't charge me for the scans, as I'd helped them out, which was kewl.. They usually charge £3.50 for the privilage of 4 pics of your unborn.

Midian's been going great guns.. both Dec and Jan turnout have been spectacular, given people's finances, and the time of year.. really encouraged by it..
I've been doing some extra DJing at the Boothill.. covering for peeps on holiday and stuff. Had to play some shite.. but it's meant some extra pennies:)

Lots of other stuff.. but that's enough for now..

I try not to :) DJing isn't too harsh, as i'm not doing my main job at the mo.. Wibbles, and assorted medical stuffs have meant me not doing that for a while..

Did you get my little package in the post ok hon? I forgot to ask you, and I posted it about a week and a half ago! Oh and I have to admit at that last Midian I often found myself staring (discreetly) at your lovely blossoming shape, there's something just so beautiful about that pregnancy shape, so natural, so glowing...aaah! Can't wait to meet 'Bump'! Just out of interest, will it be Bump Denton? (sorry if that's too personal a comment, I understand if you don't want to answer that)

We haven't decided on the surname yet TBH.. depends what i'm deciding on for my married name. We don't really want to make it double-barrelled, 'cos it doesn't seem to work with our names, but we may use one of the surmnames as a middle name (or something!)

And yep i got your package finally :) Cheers.. that was ace..

Don't be jealous. it'll happen if and when the time is right for you :) It's going to be a lot of hard work.. and it's still weird to think i'm going to be a mum.. but it is very kewl, and I love thinking about my future with my little family..
