I'M GETTING MARRIED
OMG!!!
Have kept it quiet, well sorta, as I wanted to tell my parents first.. they're being well kewl about it :) :) :) Me sooo happy..
Was worried cos' of the witchy aspect of the wedding (my parents are strict Christian).. but i shouldn't have.. cos' my parents have been soo kewl. Should've guessed, they're always dead supportive of me, despite my escapades ;)
I'm soo happy... this time last year, i would never have dreamed i could be this happy with anyone. Bitter, twisted at things that had happened to me, I thought i was going to leave relationships alone for a LOOONNNGG time. Boi was I wrong.. Just goes to show how things happen at certain times, when i'm ready for them I guess. Fate, predestiny, learning, call it what you want..
He gives me the freedom to be me, without any conditions, or restrictions; but always there to catch me when I stumble. I only hope I do the same for him.. I love him soo much. I gaze at him, and his spirit says hello in greeting... like two halves, my Yin and his Yang.. perfect harmony :)Just how it should be, enjoying each others company, no pressure, but support.
I know it sounds sickly, but i really can't help it at the mo *g*
We're getting engagement rings next week, and looking to get married as near to our anniversary as possible (Feb 14th).. and of course, most of you who read these journals on a regular basis are more than welcome to come along :)
