Sorry.. it was a speedy cryptic response to someone who usually reads my lj :) Basically, had planned to go to the Docs for an update on how my mental health going.. and wussed out cos i seem to be trolling along ok at the time being.. and the person concerned had showed some concern as me not going (if that makes any sense!!)

though personally I think that ya should get the courage back to go still,since you can prepare for the next fall ( & in the preparation may even delay/combat it's arrival :)
It's a terrific boost to have a professional confirm to you that, in fact, the ways you are feeling, are shared throughout society by many others,(each just deals with things in their own ways),& that however bizarre you may personally view how you respond to things on occasion, you are in fact quite sane ......hmmmmm, maybee I'll book an appointment myself this afternoon,it's been a while ;)!
