Hot on the heels of our fabulous VNV Nation gig a few weeks back, we have the final After Dark and Midian clubnights of 2005 on Saturday 10th Dec (tomorrow). Rounding up the hugely entertaining and busy 2005 we have the following:
In the main room:
After Dark
After Dark covers the best in dark party music.It tends to be more 'music that those goffs like' rather than a straight ahead goth night. It covers elements of dark indie, goth rock, riot grrl, sp00ky kid, old school industrial, new wave, goth and alternative, and anything and everything inbetween. After Dark is run in the upstairs bar of Hex which has 500+ capacity. There's a full dancefloor, lighting, smoke, as well as a bar, lots of seating and a pool table.
In the Black room:
Midian
Midian is the long-standing Merseyside goth night. It covers goth both old and new, industrial, darkwave, EBM, electro, dark 80's, batcave, post punk, and other such gems. Midian is held in the black room (100+ capacity) at Hex, which has it's own bar, dancefloor, lighting and smoke

Hex is now refurbished after their recent fire, and we'd like to thank all involved in getting the place back up and running so quickly.

kudarizaka ). So please do your best to arrive early to support her. We've decided not to open for 8pm, but to remain at our usual opening time of 9pm. With the move proper to Fridays from now on, it makes more sense for those travelling after work etc. So Sophie will be guest DJing on Friday 28th April @ Midian. She'll be DJing from 9pm-10pm. If anyone else fancies having a go, then please get in touch with us in the usual ways. We want to give peeps the chance of at least having a go at DJing, as it's jolly well good fun ;)
