Request for assistance for 29th July

To ensure the smooth running of our July 29th All Day event, we are requiring some bods who wouldn't mind helping out in the following areas. Any helpers who contact us and register as a steward before the day will be entitled to a guest pass.
We need reliable people who wouldn't mind helping out:
On the door/ entry to give an extra pair of hands. This is vital, as myself and Jason may need to be elsewhere at various points. You won't be stuck there all day, as there will be a shift system in place.
To ensure parking doesn't get overloaded on load in/out.
As additional tech support and/or carrying of kit to support J in his role.
Someone who could act as a contact point, alongside myself for any backstage queries.
As extra pairs of hands here there and everywhere. Even if you can only help for an hour, it'd really make a difference.
