Mercy and MFM (Liverpool)
Nov. 5th, 2004 09:55 amBusy day today..
But first a quick reminder of this upcoming Sundays' activities..
Hi everyone,
Only two more Merseyside Fetish Markets before Christmas: this
coming Sunday, 7th November and then Sunday 5th December.
(Note: there won't be an MFM or Mercy on Jan 2nd)
The MFM is held at Hev'n & Hell, 5-7 Fleet St, Liverpool L1 4AR.
Doors open at Noon. Admission £2 on the door. Over 18's only.
The market finishes at 4pm, but the downstairs bar remains open
through till 5.30pm for people to socialise with friends.
A full list of vendors is on the website:
http://www.merseysidebdsm.org.uk/mfm.html
Following on from the MFM at 6pm is Mercy. Admission is £5 by pre-
booked ticket (this includes free entry to MFM). Bookings can be
made via e-mail or phone, up to 7pm on Saturday night. Tickets will
also be on sale at the MFM in the afternoon, or £7.50 on the door in
the evening (last entry 9.30pm).
The demo this month (6.30pm) is Electroplay by Perverted and
pussylash, who run the Chester Munch. Perverted is planning to
include first aid in electrical play as well as demonstrating toys
and talking about safety with electricity. After the demo they'll do
a Q&A session too. So if you want to see how a Tens, Black box and
Violet wand can be used as well as learn lots of useful safety
advice, its one not to miss!
Mercy is set on 2 floors. Upstairs is a no smoking zone which features
the dungeon area (with a growing selection of equipment) and chill-out
zone. Downstairs is the social space, where our resident DJ
sistercarrion plays a selection of music to appeal to all tastes,
giving you an opportunity to sit and chat, dance, or watch the eye
candy on the video screens.
Dress code is strictly fetish, Goth, glam, evening and an absolute
minimum of "all black". If you are new to fetish clubs and aren't sure
what to wear, please mail us for advice and/or ideas.
Mercy caters to all levels, whether its your first time at a club or a
seasoned player. Our friendly DM's are on hand in the dungeon area
all evening, so if you want to know how to do something, or try
something out, just ask.
